Hello everyone! I think it is time for me to pick up the pace again and start writing some wine stuff! For the past two months I’ve been busy getting through my theory exam for the car and I can tell you the translations are worse than bad. I am also organizing a wine tasting with my partner in crime Katalin for 35 persons in September so that requires a lot of my attention!
Tuesday I was invited by Hanna Kigyos of WineSofa for a private wine tasting in a wine bar called Andante Borpatika (the last word meaning wine pharmacy). The wines we tasted that afternoon were made by Schieber Pincészet a winery established in 1978 as a family enterprise in the sunny wine region Szekszárd.
Today I will be talking about another Bikavér ( bull’s blood) from Vincze.
